Reported Offense Narrative:
University Police received a report of a stalking incident at 4:09 p.m. on February 16, 2024. The reported stalking occurred between 12:00 a.m. on February 9th and 11:59 p.m. on February 11, 2024, in the Altoona campus Residence Halls complex. The Resdience Halls complex is in the northeastern portion of campus, adjacent to Nittany Drive and Gwin Road. The victim, a student, reported that an known perpetrator repeatedly contacted the victim and inappropriately touched them on more than one occasion.

The incident reportedly occurred in the Altoona campus Residence Halls complex. The Residence Halls complex is in the northeastern portion of campus, adjacent to Nittany Drive and Gwin Road.
