Reported Offense Narrative:
University Police received a report of a stalking at 6:08 p.m. on April 6, 2024. The reported incident occurred between March 19, 2024 and April 2, 2024. This occurred in multiple areas on campus. The victim reported a known perpetrator has engaged in stalking behavior towards more than one individual on campus.

The incident reportedly occurred at multiple locations on campus, including common areas.

    It can be assumed that conditions continue to exist that may pose a threat to members and guests of the University community. It is the duty of the administration to warn of possible 'dangerous conditions' on or near the campus, and at affiliate organizations off campus; an 'affirmative duty' exists to warn persons associated with the University of possible peril at the hands of some third party or parties.
