Reported Offense Narrative:
University Police received a report of a sexual assault at 11:10 p.m. on September 19, 2023. The reported assault occurred between 10:55 p.m. and 11:10 p.m. on September 19, 2023 on the grass field outside the Luerssen Building. The grass field is outside the Luerssen building in the northeastern portion of campus, adjacent to Tulpehocken Road. The student reported that an unknown perpetrator touched them inappropriately.

The incident reportedly occurred in a grass field outside the Luerssen Building. The Luerssen Building is located in the northeastern portion of campus, adjacent to Tulpehocken Road.
