Reported Offense Narrative:
University Police received a report of rape around 8:40 a.m. July 25, 2022. The reported rape occurred between 3:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. between February 15, 2022, and February 22, 2022, in a second-floor study room located in the Harrisburg Campus Library. The library is in the western portion of campus, adjacent to Olmsted Dr and Wharton Ave. The victim, a student, reported being raped by an unknown suspect in a study room.

Victim described suspect as 5'7 male, brown skintone, green eyes, brown hair, and a medium build." Estimated age was 20-25 years old. The suspect is described as wearing a shirt, long pants, no backpack or other clothing known, at this time.
