Reported Offense Narrative:
University Police received a report of a sexual assault at 3:40 p.m. on May 4th, 2022. The reported assault occurred between 12:00 a.m. and 11:59 p.m. on April 29, 2022, in a Residence Hall at the East Halls Complex. The East Halls complex is in the northeastern portion of campus, adjacent to Curtin Road and Bigler Road. The victim, a student, reported that an unknown person sexually assaulted them in an East Residence Hall.

The incident reportedly occurred in a residence hall room located in the East Halls complex. The East Halls complex is located in the northeastern portion of campus, adjacent to the Curtin Road and Bigler Road.

It is the duty of the administration to warn of possible 'dangerous conditions' on or near the campus, and at affiliate organizations off campus; an 'affirmative duty' exists to warn persons associated with the University of possible peril at the hands of some third party or parties.
